Personalized Orders:

  • Custom or personalized items may require extra design time, depending on complexity.

Restricted Areas:

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Processing time for tracking: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package. Tracking information will appear once scanned.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order.
  • Hihoboken is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or returned to the sender.
  • Returned packages may be sent back to shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply for orders returned due to address errors.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if the carrier is asked to forward or redirect a package after leaving our warehouse.
