Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Orders cancelled within this period are fully refundable at no additional cost.

  • Orders placed beyond 24 hours are sent for production and cannot be canceled, as all items are made-to-order.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery for most non-sale items.

    • Products differ in design, size, or material from the original order
    • Receipt of incorrect items

Ineligible Items for Refund

  • Items missing original tags

Note: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
