A: Absolutely. Guest checkout only requires shipping and payment information. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access member-only offers.

A: We offer a 180-day return window from the delivery date for most non-sale items in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
Q10: How do I return an item?
A: Follow these steps:

- You’ll receive an email with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item with the invoice and ship it back.
Q11: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return cost: $0.00. Hihoboken covers shipping for approved returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) and first-time size or color exchanges within the 180-day period.
Q12: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Size or color exchanges are free (one per order). Contact support with your order number and preferred variant. A replacement will be arranged once the original item is in transit.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Q13: Can I cancel or change my order?

Q14: What if I miss the 24-hour window?
A: After 24 hours, orders are processed for production and cannot be canceled or changed, as all items are made-to-order.

Order Tracking

A: After your order is processed (1–2 business days), you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

A: It may mean the carrier hasn’t scanned your parcel yet. Tracking details will appear once the package is scanned.
