Initiating a Return
If you need to return a product, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery via the “Contact Us” page or email us at [email protected].
To help us process your return quickly, please include:

- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
- Preference for a replacement or refund
Note: Hihoboken is not responsible for customer errors, such as incorrect spelling, wrong image uploads, or order mistakes. We encourage reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for non-sale items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by a sales receipt.
Return Shipping
- Return cost: 0.00$ for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Hihoboken provides prepaid labels for approved returns.
Returns Procedure
Once you receive approval for your return:
- Prepare Your Package: Include a printout of your purchase confirmation email along with all items being returned.
- Ship the Package: Send it via your local post office or courier service. Be sure to provide us with the tracking number.
- Confirmation & Approval: After receiving your package, we will send an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
Important Notes
- Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team—do not send packages to a different address.
- For personalized or custom orders, additional processing time may be required before returns can be approved.
- Hihoboken is not responsible for packages lost in transit when using an unsupported carrier.
