1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, please ensure your items meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Only non-sale items are eligible for returns.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all original product tags attached, and accompanied by the sales receipt or purchase confirmation.

- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (required for damaged or incorrect items)
- Your preference for a replacement or a full refund
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the return cost is $0.00. Hihoboken will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved returns.
- Unsupported Carriers: Hihoboken is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit if you return them using an unsupported carrier.
4. Returns Procedure
Once our customer support team has approved your return request, please follow these steps:
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items. Include a printout of your purchase confirmation email along with all physical items being returned.
- Ship the Package: Send the package via your local post office or trusted courier service. **You must provide our support team with the tracking number once shipped.**
- Confirmation & Approval: After we receive and inspect your package at our facility, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Because custom or personalized merchandise is made specifically to order, additional processing and verification time may be required before a return or replacement can be authorized and approved.
