2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
We process orders strictly on business days to ensure your items are prepared for transit as quickly as possible.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time – New York). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing Days: Monday – Friday (excluding major U.S. federal and Post Office holidays).
- Holiday Closures: Please note that our processing team and carriers are offline on the following major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
3. Shipping Options, Fees & Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are calculated using the following formula: Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

4. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- International destinations outside of the United States.
5. Order Tracking & Status Updates
We believe in full transparency. Once your order has been dispatched, we will keep you updated every step of the way:
- Tracking Notification: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
- Carrier Scanning: Please allow 3 to 7 days from receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking portal.
- Delayed Packages: If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Liability Policy
To avoid delays or lost packages, please verify your shipping address at checkout.
- Address Accuracy: Hihoboken is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
- Returned Packages: Packages returned to our facilities due to address errors are subject to disposal by our warehouse partners.
- Re-Shipping Fees: If a package is returned to us and you request a redelivery, standard re-shipping fees will apply.
- Forwarding/Redirection: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to packages if you request the carrier to forward, redirect, or hold your package after it has left our warehouse.
